Before we run headlong into 2012 let us pause and reflect on 2011 and give THANKS to God for…
• Lessons learned
• Accomplishments and Opportunities
• Blessings and Challenges
• Significant Gains and Losses

As we look forward to the unfolding of 2012…
• May we accept each new day as a GIFT of God
• May we embrace it with HOPE
• May we LISTEN intently for heavenly messengers
• May we GIVE each day back to God through worship and service living our lives in ways that pay forward the grace and mercy to others that we have enjoyed
• May we be faithful STEWARDS of the earth’s resources and all the time, talent and treasures that we have been given
• May we GET OUTSIDE ourselves – outside of our comfortable confines – to reach out to our brothers and sisters who are needy and marginalized
• May we DEVOTE our life’s energy to make a difference in the lives of others
• May we give PEACE a chance by being peacemakers
• May we let LOVE be our guide and hatred denied in all our dealings
• May we embrace the JOY of the Lord as our source of strength and being

Friends of Trinity – as we move forward with our shared worship and service together, may we deepen our ties with the triune God and with each other and renew our commitment to following Jesus Christ in mission and ministry!
