Trinity Summer Day Camp Registration:

Camp Days: Monday-Friday, 7:30 -5:30 PM

• $70.00 per week.
• Tuition is on a weekly basis, regardless of the number of days attended.
• Activity fee: $45.00 – Includes Camp tee shirt, and cost of all planned events. Due the first week of camp.
• Registration Fee: $25:00 ($15.00 for Trinity Church Members).

Trinity Summer Camp Program is a Summer Day Camp designed for students in pre-k to fifth grade. The following are the policies of Trinity Summer camp as set by the Session of Trinity Presbyterian Church:

Please help us make your child’s stay with up pleasant and rewarding by adhering to the following policies:

	Trinity Summer Day Camp program will begin on (date to be determined), 2005 and end on August (date to be determined), 2005. The camp is from 7:30 -5:30 PM
	The camp ends promptly at 5:30 PM. Parents will be charged five dollars ($5.00) foe each additional five minutes after the 5:30PM closing. (THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORECED.)
	If someone other than parents or a guardian is picking up your child, please inform the director before school begins or on the first day of school. WRITTEN PERMISSION must be delivered to the director or a teacher twenty-four hours in advance before a child is allowed to leave with anyone other than the person responsible for picking up the student. In case of an emergency, contact the director.
	Unregistered brothers, sisters, visiting relatives, or friends may not accompany the student to Trinity After School.
	Students will be expected to bring their lunch and drink each day unless otherwise notified.
