Normally the session meets once a month.

Committees meet through out the month then report to the Session.

Correspondence to the session can be sent care of the Pastor or the Clerk.

• TRINITY’S SESSION 2012

  Class of 2012 : Allen Johnson, Jackie Lankford, Catherine Pinkston
  Class of 2013 : Larry Bowman, Barbara Cluck, Bill Robertson, Dennis Sharpe
  Class of 2014 : Barbara Barnas , Shannon Hamilton, Carl Orndoff , Mike Ashley
   

• At the January Meeting:

  1. The following persons were approved for year 2012:

  a. Clerk(s) of Session – Carl Orndoff and Allen Johnson
  b. Church Treasurer(s) – Receiving: Ruth Ann Bland and Carl Orndoff Disbursement – Susie McRacken
  c. Trinity Schools Treasurer – Amy Chavis
  d. Corporate Officers:

  • President – Janie Sutton
    Vice President – Carl Orndoff
    Secretary – Allen Johnson

  2. Approved Communion and Special Offerings Schedules for year 2012.
  3. Annual Trinity Corporate Meeting scheduled for March 18, 2012.
  4. Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper scheduled for February 21, 2012.
  5. Adopted Church Budget for year 2012.
  6. The Nominating Committee was instructed to develop a Pastor Nominating committee slate to be presented to the Congregation for their approval.

  7. Pulpit Supply schedule for February:
